We create the floor plan, we will source an EPC assessor for you if it is required, we carry out the photography and prepare your home to put its best forward for an exciting launch to market. Once on the market
Once on the market we will consider your best viewing strategies, we will accompany all viewings and we will match potential buyers to your home. After viewings we get back to you as quickly as we can with whatever initial feedback we might have, and we then follow up and get further feedback and level of interest usually within twenty four hours.
